What You’ll Do
- Manage recurring accounting engagements for multiple clients, delivering accurate and timely accounting services
- Prepare and review financial statements, month‑end close, and reconciliations
- Provide advisory insights on financial performance, cash flow, and operational metrics
- Assist clients with process improvement, internal controls, and accounting best practices
- Support and sometimes lead onboarding for new CAS clients
- Collaborate with partners and managers on engagement strategy and client communication
- Mentor and guide accounting staff team members within the CAS department
- Build lasting client relationships based on clarity, responsiveness, and trust
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3–6 years of accounting experience, including strong technical accounting skills
- Recent public accounting experience (especially as an audit senior or accounting services senior)
- Audit experience typically produces the ideal skillset for an Accounting Services senior: analytical rigor, documentation discipline, GAAP fluency, and multi‑client project management
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Excellent communication and client‑service skills[SP1]
Preferred
- CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Restaurant 365
- Public accounting experience in audit, outsourced accounting, or advisory services
