What You'll Do
Manage recurring accounting engagements for multiple clients, delivering accurate and timely accounting services
Prepare and review financial statements, month‑end close, and reconciliations
Provide advisory insights on financial performance, cash flow, and operational metrics
Assist clients with process improvement, internal controls, and accounting best practices
Support and sometimes lead onboarding for new CAS clients
Collaborate with partners and managers on engagement strategy and client communication
Mentor and guide accounting staff team members within the CAS department
Build lasting client relationships based on clarity, responsiveness, and trust
Required
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-6 years of accounting experience, including strong technical accounting skills
Public accounting experience highly preferred (especially as an audit senior or accounting services senior)
Audit experience typically produces the ideal skillset for an Accounting Services senior: analytical rigor, documentation discipline, GAAP fluency, and multi‑client project management
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Excellent communication and client‑service skills[SP3]
Preferred
CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Restaurant 365, and/or mid‑market ERP systems
Prior experience in outsourced accounting, fractional controller, or advisory services
