Responsibilities
- Supervise students in assigned clinical settings and promote safe, professional patient care.
- Help students develop clinical judgment, communication, and nursing skills.
- Provide timely feedback and evaluate student performance against course objectives.
- Communicate with the nursing program and clinical site about student progress or concerns.
- Complete required clinical documentation and follow program and facility policies.
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Current, unencumbered RN license with authorization to practice in Missouri.
- Clinical nursing experience relevant to the assigned rotation.
- Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
