A Direct Support Professional works as scheduled by the Regional Manager and/or his/her designee. Overtime may be required as dictated by operational needs, however, no holiday or overtime may be worked without the prior approval of the Direct Support Professional's supervisor.

Advance client’s decision-making, productivity and participation in a range of daily activities. Perform all other job duties as assigned. Maintain current knowledge of client’s needs. Maintain positive communications and relationships with his/her supervisor, clients, landlords, employers, involved members offamilies, Regional Center, D.O.R. and other individuals in the community.
