Dynamic apparel company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for driving category planning and strategic decision-making through both top-down and bottom-up analyses to support and exceed business objectives. Must have good analytical background and experience with both Walmart and Sams Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify store-level opportunities through weekly sales trend analysis
- Prepare, execute, and manage SSOs through regional distribution centers
- Monitor business performance and recommend inventory and sales-driving actions to address opportunities and risks
- Develop, maintain, and analyze sales reporting to support business decisions
- Create pre-season and in-season category projections to support growth and financial performance
- Generate ad hoc analyses and reports as needed to support cross-functional business initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to analyze and manage large datasets
- Experience working with Scintilla, Nova, and Madrid
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue analytical opportunities
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
