Job Description
Job Title: IT Consultant II
Location: Bothell
Duration: 6 Months (with high possibility of extending into full time)
Position Description:
Required Qualifications:
• 5-7 years’ experience developing custom solutions with Jira/Confluence
• Experience developing Intake and Project queues and the associated process documentation to utilize them
• Experience creating custom Jira dashboards and reports for resource utilization, estimated savings and several other reports as defined by management team
• Experience integrating Slack with Jira/Confluence and executing automation based on that integration (e.g. ChatOps)
• Ability to create Confluence-based status reports that can be exported to Word/Outlook for weekly status reports distribution
• Has developed automation with Jira/Confluence APIs to help with sprint setup and execution
• Has integrated Jira/Confluence with other similar platforms such as ServiceNow and custom web-based solutions
• Good written and verbal communications skills with ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
• Ability to set goals/milestones and drive to results with minimal supervision

Define, maintain and execute on an account plan that is in line with our company strategy
Drive solutions that are consistent with scope
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings with project team members, various business groups and senior leadership.
Ability to present persuasively and effectively to executives
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multi-task across several project assignments
Ability to manage, control and report on project budget. Implement corrective action as needed to control budget.
Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Subject Matter Expert within the industry.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience required.
Specific industry experience relative to this role is highly desired.
