Summary:
We’re looking for a contractor who can drive cross-functional business initiatives, manage programs end-to-end, and build technical solutions that support Sales Operations and Business Planning. This person will help deliver AI initiatives (including building AI agents), create Power BI dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute business and Sales Ops initiatives from planning through delivery
- Build AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models
- Analyze data, surface insights, and support planning and forecasting needs
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Drive communication, status reporting, and alignment across teams
Target Years of Experience: 5-7 years, not under or above this.
Required Skills:
- Strong program or project management experience
- Power BI expertise (Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI)
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills:
- SQL, Python, or API experience
- Familiarity with Azure data stack
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or RevOps
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $54.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
