Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA/QC and Cx programs for data centers and mission-critical construction projects.
- Coordinate with design and construction teams to implement Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
- Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Apply experience in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines to current data center challenges.
- Ensure quality assurance in mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure and other critical systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC or commissioning (Cx) programs for data centers or mission-critical construction projects.
- Proven experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build construction programs.
- Strong background in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and/or I&C disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in leading QA/QC and Cx programs.
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ability to apply knowledge of mission-critical power and cooling infrastructure to data center challenges.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $95.00 - $120.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
