Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in procurement.
Typical task breakdown:
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and procurement staff to discuss projects and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Years of experience: 5 years experience minimum required.
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Will consider candidates with a Master’s Degree and/or PHD, but still need to have 5 years experience minimum

Technical Skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in procurement/supply chain

- Knowledge of creating Power Bi and Power Apps
- Knowledge of supply chain management and corresponding ERP systems

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $48.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
