Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead sales enablement and communications initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, change management, and strategic communication, with a focus on driving operational optimization and strategic alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between high-level corporate goals and the day-to-day operations of our large advertiser sales force.
- Lead the Governance and Enablement sub-team to build an internal go-to-market communications and training architecture.
- Drive change management and training for our global sales team.
- Ensure CRM ecosystem and sales tools are strategic drivers of revenue.
- Facilitate transformation in frontline operations by providing timely and effective guidance.
- Design and implement training and enablement programs, including storyboards and video production.
- Manage projects and share updates with other groups within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement, communication, and training.
- Proven track record in executive communication and knowledge management.
- Experience in project management and internal communications.
Desired Skills
- Strong expertise in Training & Change Management, Communication & Storytelling.
- Proficient in Ai-native tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $75.00 - $82.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
