What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Owner position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $57.00 - $58.00/hr.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- The VisionLink Acceleration sub workstream of WorkStream A (Support Segment Growth Initiatives) requires Cat Digital to accelerate VisionLink deliverables.
- Specifically, we need an additional resource to ensure our Mobile application requirements and designs are completed in a timely matter so we can meet our Segment partner's timelines.
Education & Experience Required:
- Degree Required (Y/N) and number of years exp required: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree ( engineering, CS and/or Communications) with a minimum with 2-4 years exp in this capacity is a HARD requirement (internship exp is allowed as well) .
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience in digesting epics into user stories
- Knowledge/ working with information systems.
- Knowledge of AHA and DevOps is a nice to have
- Knowledge On highway equipment is a plus/nice to have.
Soft Skills:
- Heavy attention details
- Collaboration experience ( with teams, working on complex subjects and divided responsibilities amongst team members)
- Someone who can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with the team to find resolutions.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $58.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
