Summary:
As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with the Business team to gather requirements and work with the Architecture team to translate these requirements into Epics/Features for Scrum teams. You will be part of building and deploying against a unique data foundation, involving over 1.6 million connected assets generating real-world data daily. This role is instrumental in developing AI models, edge computing architectures, and scalable software systems, contributing to a new generation of machines that learn, improve, and deliver performance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Senior Leadership, presenting and speaking in front of leaders and groups.
- Lead AVT’s (business to architecture team decomposition to scrum teams).
- Work in-person at the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Internships are not accepted as job experience.
- Comparable roles: Various project/program management roles in IT.
Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Confluence and Azure DevOps (not Jira).
- PowerPoint skills for building program slides and updates.
- (Desired) Power BI skills.
- Well-spoken and easy to understand, especially for virtual meetings.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $61.00 - $62.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
