Summary:
This role supports the team with data collection, inventory maintenance, audits, and follow-through on open action items. The position plays a key role in maintaining inventory strategies and ensuring buffer levels are properly set and performing as intended.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor buffer strategies and follow up on performance
- Perform data gathering and analysis
- Work with Excel and Power BI to analyze and visualize data
- Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and request approvals
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Daily collaboration with inventory management team members
- Regular interaction with broader supply chain teams
Qualification
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, in-person, and virtual)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $29.00 - $30.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
