Summary:
This position involves forecasting and managing part availability, developing global service part forecasts, and improving business processes to enhance customer experience. The role requires collaboration with various departments to define service part requirements and ensure alignment with division processes and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Forecast new parts and manage part availability.
- Develop global service part forecasts using historical data and input from engineering and product support.
- Facilitate meetings with product support, supply management, engineering, and marketing representatives to define service part requirements.
- Review and recommend adjustments to service part forecasts and ordering activities.
- Execute business activities in alignment with division processes, policies, and objectives.
- Manage the Order Fulfillment Process to ensure service part availability by developing and implementing strategies to meet the master schedule.
- Analyze metrics and data to improve business processes and enhance overall customer experience with service part support performance.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze information and make trade-off decisions.
- Demonstrated team skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in operations support functions such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, service parts management, and procurement.

- Supply base knowledge and understanding of principles with assistance.
- Understanding of operations and familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic machine systems and components.
- Experience in a service support environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.35 - $26.35/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
