Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous flow of materials to support manufacturing operations by monitoring building schedules, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. The position plays a critical role in aligning supply with demand, mitigating shortages, and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Material Planning & Execution
- Monitor daily build schedules, MRP outputs, and inventory levels to ensure material availability
- Analyze demand and plan material flow to meet production requirements and inventory targets
- Identify and resolve supply constraints, including managing past-due schedules
- Supplier Collaboration & Management
- Work closely with the supply base to manage schedules and ensure timely material delivery
- Communicate shortages, risks, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders
- Drive alignment with suppliers to meet operational and inventory goals
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to support end-to-end material flow from dock to point of use
- Attend daily stand-up meetings with operations to address critical supply issues
- Participate in weekly JRS meetings to align engineering changes and NPI releases with supply readiness
- Data Analysis & Decision Making
- Utilize MRP systems, build schedules, and inventory data to make informed business decisions
- Support execution of enterprise business systems (EBS) through effective planning and analysis
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain and operations
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance both internal and external processes
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Supply chain management
- Logistics or material planning
- Manufacturing operations or project management
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Excel
- MRP / ERP systems
- Supply chain analytics and data interpretation
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Access
- Power BI
- VBA
- PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00- $35.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
