Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be expected to plan and facilitate in-person and virtual experiences for customers and partners.
- Your responsibilities will include recommending best practice event content and agenda flow by examining business plans and priorities, sales opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- As a member of this team, you will execute a complex event plan according to engagement type, program, and delivery mode.
- In addition, you will develop engagement agendas, align and prepare resources and event stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for producing event content and programming in partnership with internal teams and oversee supporting event materials and logistic needs.
- You will analyze client feedback data and recommend improvements to internal constituents as well as collaborate across teams for effective execution of technology, marketing, and customer alignment programs.
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education including:
- At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, event planning, project/program management, client relationship management, and/or other client-facing work experience
- At least 4 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Communications, or Marketing
- At least 1 year of general business, healthcare, or other information technology-related work experience
