Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This hybrid role requires a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on leveraging tools like Tableau and SQL to drive business solutions. The ideal candidate will be curious, independent, and possess a drive to find creative solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s data strategy office, including documentation, quality control, and analytical development.
- Ensure quality control and standards development within the Company’s Data Office.
- Assess, prioritize, and document functional requirements.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Drive Data Governance & Data Enablement by performing quality control to support analytics and reporting.
- Develop an understanding of key business questions for each project.
- Leverage analytical skills to collect, clean, and analyze data, including sales, marketing, and cost data.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to governance policies.
- Develop and present recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develop custom analyses using tools such as Tableau, Advanced Excel, SAS, PowerPoint, Access, and SQL.
- Assemble large, complex data sets and implement internal process improvements.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or management discipline preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience working with data in the commercial domain; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing stakeholders and driving projects forward.
- Strategic and analytical capabilities with experience in analyzing complex situations.
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Tableau and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with SQL and complex queries.
- Working knowledge of SAS and Alteryx is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and beyond the data, with strong data storytelling skills.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $52.19 - $52.19/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
