What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Quality Assurance position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
Summary:
This role supports the inspection, sampling, and testing of raw materials received. The successful candidate will ensure that raw materials meet all specification requirements and master inspection characteristics needed for our cGMP manufacturing processes. The role also involves leadership in scheduling, coordination, and staff training, with opportunities for further quality assurance learning and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect materials including biobags, tubing, filters, and other components to ensure compliance with inspection-related specifications and master inspection characteristics.
- Remove samples from containers of medias and other chemicals for testing purposes.
- Utilize RAMAN technology with TruScan equipment to identify chemicals.
- Ensure that inspection and sampling results are complete and detailed according to written procedures and cGMP requirements.
- Accurately document inspection, sample, and test results in company systems.
- Assess characteristics that could potentially impact product quality according to procedures.
- Determine if the color of components matches required attributes.
- Support inspection readiness activities and continual improvement initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Assist area management with the prioritization and scheduling of tasks.
- Serve as a trainer in tasks associated with raw material inspections, samples, and testing.
- Own controlled documents for the area including SOPs and FORMs.
- Initiate and own deviation records and CAPAs related to events and projects in raw material inspections, samples, and testing areas.
- Provide QA oversight to the warehouse ensuring adherence to GMP regulations.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 5 years of industry experience with QA and GMP experience.
- Experience with Raman Technology.
Desired Skills:
- Strong understanding of GMP standards.
- Proficiency in using RAMAN technology.
- Solid QA experience.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $25.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
