What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Key accounting contact for several significant profit/cost sharing collaborations with other large pharma companies.
- This person will participate heavily within both internal and external cross functional teams in order to analyze shared revenues/costs and resolve collaboration issues.
- Will often establish and/or recommend changes to the process for sharing profit/cost data with the corporate partners.
- Will also need to be detail oriented in reviewing agreements and be able to interact well with legal personnel to interpret clauses where disputes exist.
- Additional responsibilities will include preparing and recording journal entries, preparing all invoices and settlements in accordance with the terms of the partnership agreements, maintaining account/variance analyses for the related balance sheet and income statement accounts, and preparing audit schedules in support of internal/external audits.
- Will have good analytical skills and the initiative to seek solutions to issues.
- In addition they will have strong oral and written communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external parties.
Skills:
- Accounting and/or finance experience
- Experience with jde and sap general ledger systems
- Degree in finance or accounting
Top Must Have Skill Sets:
- CPA or MBA
- Strong analytical skills
- Process improvement experience / mindset
- Strong communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and organization skills
- Must possess the ability to take initiative and work with minimum direction
- Must be a self starter
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
