What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Manager position at Aditi Consulting?
Payrate: $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Key accounting contact for cash and banking transactions.
- This person will participate heavily within both internal and external cross functional teams in order to analyze and resolve cash and bank statement issues.
- Will often establish and/or recommend changes to the process.
- Will also need to be detail oriented in reviewing bank statements and reconciliations and be able to interact well with Treasury personnel.
- Additional responsibilities will include preparing and recording journal entries, maintaining account/variance analyses for the related balance sheet and income statement accounts, and preparing audit schedules in support of internal/external audits.
- Will have good analytical skills and the initiative to seek solutions to issues.
- In addition they will have strong oral and written communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external parties.
Skills:
- Accounting and/or finance experience
- Experience with JDE and SAP general ledger systems
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
Qualification:
- B.S. and 4YOE, accounting degree, managerial experience, bank reconciliations, cash accounting, and advanced excel skills.
Nice to have:
- CPA
- SAP experience
- Process improvement.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $54.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
