Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at Aditi Consulting. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing daily purchasing support, managing POs and spend for projects, and creating standard job work and identifying activities that could be redirected to a shared services group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage POs and spend for projects as they execute
- Perform month-end closing activities, including cleaning up system grief, creating journal entries, accruals, explaining monthly variances, and creating reporting presentations/slides
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with capital investment analysis, product cost analysis, business proposal analysis, or similar
- CMA or CPA certification
- Skilled in Microsoft Access and Power BI
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $30.00-$35.00/hr. Final offer amounts are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages, which may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits, and life and disability insurance.
