Position Summary:
The Administrative & Office Support Volunteer provides essential clerical and organizational assistance to support the daily operations of Adirondack Health. Working under the supervision of department lead, this volunteer helps ensure efficient workflow by assisting with data entry, filing, mailings, phone support, special projects, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
This volunteer role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and strict adherence to confidentiality standards, including HIPAA compliance. The Administrative Volunteer plays an important behind-the-scenes role in strengthening patient care and organizational effectiveness by supporting staff in a dependable, respectful, and mission-focused manner.
- Clerical Support
Filing, scanning, assembling packets, and assisting with departmental projects.
- Check-In Assistance
Support busy clinics during peak hours with patient flow and paperwork.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
