What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Ambassador position at Adirondack Health?
Position Summary:
Professionally meet and greet our patient population as they arrive for care at Adirondack Health. Guide them appropriately to our Patient Access Associates. Maintain a clean and orderly front lobby.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent degree required. Candidate must possess typing skills. Computer experience requires. Knowledge of medical terminology desirable as well as past experience in a professional office or health care environment. Candidate must possess positive customer service skills. Professional appearance and proper speaking skill are needed to maintain good public relations with daily contacts. The ability to multitask is preferred.
