What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner - Urology position at Adirondack Health?
Position Summary: Provides quality care to patients and their families in accordance with professional standards of practice and AMC Medical Staff Bylaws. Works collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the health care team within the department and the Hospital.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
NYS licensed Registered Professional Nurse, NYS Certification and Registration as a Nurse Practitioner. Appointment as Adjunct member to the Medical Staff of Adirondack Medical Center. Must possess a valid Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate. Preferably current Certification by a Nationally recognized Accreditation Nurse Practitioner Organization.
