Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of patients, including but not limited to: skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, including developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments, as ordered by physicians, and monitor patient response to therapy.
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Document patient information accurately and timely, in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
