Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Afternoon Shift 2p-10p

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Record patient data and vital signs accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including ensuring proper infection control procedures
- Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in handovers
- Support residents with rehabilitation and restorative care programs
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and efficiently
