Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Develop and implement unit goals, objectives, and policies in collaboration with the Director of Nursing
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including orientation, training, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Conduct quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
Develop and manage unit budgets and resources
Maintain accurate and detailed records of unit activities and patient care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
Strong leadership and management skills
