We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new program launches, and enhance manufacturing performance in a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency
- Support prototype builds and new product launches
- Lead process improvements, feasibility studies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and performance
- Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and technical deliverables
- Support press room operations, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance
- Apply PFMEA, Control Plans, and IATF standards; implement Poka-Yoke systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 4–5 years manufacturing engineering experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong background in metal stamping, forming, and press operations
- Project management and cross-functional leadership experience
- PLC experience required (Siemens, Mitsubishi; Allen-Bradley a plus)
- Knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process flows
