For example, the hiring salary for this role in Melville, NY is $258110.0 to $385076.0 per year and New York City, NY is $268864.58 to $401120.83 . Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
Annual Equity Awards : You will be eligible for an annual equity grant, consisting of time-based restricted stock units based on individual and Company performance.

The Sr. Director will act as the primary liaison between procurement, engineering, operations, and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead global procurement teams to deliver cost savings, supply continuity, supplier quality and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including negotiation of complex contracts and development of supplier performance management strategies.
- Oversee supplier transitions, including insourcing, outsourcing, and supplier consolidations to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Finance, to support new product introductions and strategic growth initiatives.
- Drive implementation of cost analytics, should-cost models, and value engineering to achieve total cost of ownership savings.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including multi-sourcing and contingency planning.
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage large procurement budgets ($300M ) and drive achievement of financial targets, including CE/VE savings and working capital improvements.
- Act as a mentor and coach to procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing with global responsibilities.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing large spend categories and driving cost savings initiatives.
- Expertise in cost modeling, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), e-sourcing platforms, and project management tools.
- Experience in the Electronics industry preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred.
- Global experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement highly valued.
