Job Description
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. Develop and maximize ADI's presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $65173.87 to $110971.73 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (SIP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 53.85% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
Benefits : We provide comprehensive benefits, including life and health insurance, life assistance program, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, 401k Plan, vacation & holidays.

JOB DUTIES:

- Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
- Establish Rapport with Customers
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Live within the sales territory of Ft Lauderdale, Miami, Fort Myers, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach (South Florida) is required
- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
