JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and execute daily operations related to installer scheduling and new home installations, ensuring accuracy and delivery of superior service through effective and professional communication. Monitor subcontractor labor for accuracy and ensure timely and precise closeout of work orders for submission to accounting.

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Monitor, schedule, and assign installers in companies operation system:
- Schedule new home installations and all repair work
- Schedule changes made by customers
- Assign subcontractors to installs
- Assign field techs and repair techs to repairs
- Monitor customers’ websites for scheduling changes and updates
- Printing installer job packets, & PO’s
- Contact the customer weekly to schedule future estimated jobs
- Confirmation of the install date with customers
- Daily communication with subcontractors
- Assist AM with loadouts of subcontractors
- Monitor work orders turned in daily and job is completed in field operating system
- Monitor subcontractor invoices for payment and submit to accounting
- Process labor variances and returned jobs
- Processing installer labor PO’s and installer sales
- Assist the Scheduling Manager with department needs
- Aiding the warehouse with receiving material lines as needed
- Effective and accurate communication for your department
- Promote professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Promote excellent communication and teamwork
- Superior Service as a standard
- Solutions for problems in assigned areas and departments
- Assist in training new hires
- Exceptions for department solutions to eliminate
- Creating ways to make MetroKraft a unique place to work
- Cost savings & profitability ideas
- Attending seminars to enhance the departments
- Assist with department meetings
- Any other duties necessary to make MetroKraft successful
- All scheduling reports
- Installation reports for subcontractors
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Minimum of 2 years’ office experience preferred but not required
- High School Diploma
- Time management, professional & effective communication, problem solving, adaptability to change, teamwork, follows directions, organizational skills
- Computer knowledge, ability to learn companies’ internal operating systems, basic math, Microsoft Office 365, professional communication with the customer, complete daily assigned task
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, handle or feel objects, type and use a mouse; reach with hands and arms, and talk and/or hear. The employee is required to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to sit at a computer monitor for long periods throughout the day
