Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instrumentation and Control Engineer based in Miamisburg, OH, with opportunities for remote work. The role entails designing and implementing control systems, developing instrumentation specifications, ensuring process control optimization, and conducting field assessments for engineering projects. The engineer will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to address technical challenges, ensure project compliance, and deliver solutions that align with customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Control Engineering and expertise in Process Control systems
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and Control Systems Design
- Experience with Instrumentation, including design, specification, and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize control processes
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, tools, and automation technologies
- Proficiencies in DCS, I/O panel layouts, SCADA layouts, QA, and CAD
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and coordination with teams and clients
- Previous experience in food, feed, biofuels, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some on-site responsibilities in Miamisburg, OH
