Pay range: $19-$21 hourlyAuto Body Repair Team ADESA is looking for great Auto Body Parts Removal & Installation (R&I) techs to join our body shop team! This team plays a crucial role in our vehicle reconditioning and sale-ready process. Whether you're entry-level, intermediate, or consider yourself a collision expert, we want to talk with you if: You're motivated by staying busy, take pride in your work, enjoy working in a team environment, and want to contribute your way to upward mobility and growth.Auto Body Parts R&I TechnicianReviews repair plan R.O. as assignedRepairs vehicles per R.O. and in accordance with OEM standardsEnsures correct parts are ordered/received as necessary Inspects for hidden or missed damage and provides notification if additional repairs/parts are necessaryDisassembly of parts, accessories, and panels for proper access as necessaryRepairs assigned body damage to include panels, bumpers, parts, and accessory items as necessaryUses proper equipment to remove dents to appropriate spec prior to next stepsApplies Bondo per standards and shapes body lines and contours with precisionBlock and sand cured areas to meet standardsInspects repair areas for imperfections and addresses each as necessaryReassembles parts, and accessories if applicableMaintains and wears all required safety and health PPEWe Require:Motor vehicle/criminal background checks for all positionsA valid Driver's License and the ability to operate standard or automatic vehiclesAbout UsADESA, a Carvana owned company, currently operating over 50 locations throughout the US.
