Technical Requirements:
-Wet-Sanding
-Buffing
-Detailing (exterior paint finishes)
-Repairing paint chips
-Polishing
Requirements:
- Knowledge of paint finishes, clear coats, and various grit levels
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and correct surface imperfections (swirl marks, oxidation, overspray, scratches)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
