Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Field Service Representative to provide on-site and remote technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in computer support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical challenges. Key Responsibilities: · Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients in a field service capacity.· Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring timely and effective solutions.· Communicate clearly with clients to understand their technical needs and explain solutions in a user-friendly manner.· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.· Document service activities, including issue resolution and client interactions, in a detailed and accurate manner.· Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.· Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
