As a key leader on the warehouse floor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage dock floor, and ensure that pallets, receiving, and materials handling processes run smoothly and efficiently. Isabel: 323-919-0972ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Manage outbound shipment of domestic and international pallet loadsShrink wrap, stage, store palletized products for loading in shipping priority orderOversee loading/unloading trailers and/or client pickups - identify damaged products during receipt and shipment.Extensive experience in warehouse management with a strong understanding of inventory management systems like WMS and AS400.Proven leadership skills with prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Lead managing teams in fast-paced environments.Deep knowledge of logistics operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, heavy lifting techniques, and warehouse distribution strategies.Ability to operate forklifts safely; mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process documentation.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to warehousing activities including OSHA certifications preferred.Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL environments is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills for team management, training, and coordination with internal departments or external partners.Learn and work with internal warehouse department within the facility.
