Pay: $17.00 per hour, weekly pay (with opportunities for pay increases)

About the Role:
Adept HR is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to work at one of our client’s beverage distribution plants in Wright City, MO. The operator will be responsible for safely moving materials, keeping warehouse operations running smoothly, and following all safety protocols.

(Orientation will be held at their Truesdale Plant)

Schedule:

• Initial Shift (Post-Orientation): Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Starting the following Week (D Crew Rotation):
• Rotating 12-hour shifts:
• One week: 3 days (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Next week: 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
• Pattern continues on a 3/4-day rotation

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials
• Stock and organize materials in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to work evening/night shifts and rotating 12-hour schedules
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
