This role will be responsible for program launch, stakeholder management, operational performance, and ongoing execution across internal teams, strategic partners, and service providers

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead launch readiness, onboarding, and ongoing program execution.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
Partner Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a strategic partner.
- Build trusted relationships with leadership and operational teams.
- Provide clear visibility into program status, performance, and priorities.
- Translate partner requirements into actionable internal plans.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Coordinate activities across commercial, operations, product, technology, finance, and support functions.
- Establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
- Track commitments and ensure timely delivery.
Operational Performance
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, customer experience, and operational outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support scalable processes and operating models.
Governance & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive business information with discretion.
- Maintain appropriate information separation across strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and governance requirements.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in program management, operations, logistics, transportation, customer success, eCommerce, or related sectors.
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth enviroments
- Preferred Background in logistics, transportation technology, parcel delivery, or supply
- chain.
- Experience launching new programs, products, or services.
- Exposure to enterprise partnerships and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Ability to operate as a hands-on business leader balancing strategy and execution.
