What You’ll Do
The RN Program Coordinator is a clinical expert responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring assigned program initiatives across Adena Health System. The role includes leadership in developing and evaluating clinical pathways, policies, and performance improvement projects, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Educational Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
Major/Area of Concentration:
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Registered Nurse with current Ohio License. Specialty Certification in program area obtained within 18 months of hire
Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: TCRN – Trauma Certified Registered Nurse, SANE-A – Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner – Adult/Adolescent, SCRN – Stroke Certified Registered Nurse, CPHQ – Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or other nationally recognized certifications applicable to the program focus
Required Experience: 3–5 years recent clinical experience
Preferred Experience: Program coordination, performance improvement, or clinical education experience
