Tasting Room Support
Adelsheim is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for Wine and Hospitality to join our team as full or part time Tasting Room Support.
Reports To:
- DTC Hospitality Manager / TR Lead
Role Purpose:
- Responsible for supporting the operation in its FOH functions mainly Host/Hostess and some BOH functions. This role assists in managing the day-to-day systems that enable the winery and on-site hospitality team to offer unique experiences and create lasting memories in our guests.
- Your Role:
- Seat guests at designated tables
- Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Answer questions about the food menu and upcoming events
- Assist to bus tables and reset with proper glassware and menu when it is needed.
- Assist in set up and take down of winery events including chairs, tables, service ware, tents, etc.
- Assist and polish glassware to ensure they are in their best condition

Requirements and Availability:
- This is a full-time position from in a four day 7 to 9 hours format
- Must be able to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop and crouch repeatedly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
- A valid, current Food Handler license.
- A valid, current Driver’s License and/or passport as well as reliable transportation
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our friendly, upbeat hospitality
Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring Rate $17 – $22 an hour
- Medical Insurance, Dental and Vision for a full-time position
- Paid Time Off (PTO) according to tenure

For each month with 8 hours worked you receive $60 in WEP credit. The credits will continue to accrue until used.
