What a typical day looks like
You'll arrive around 8:30AM to open and prep then work the floor alongside our sales team until early afternoon. Think of yourself as the engine that keeps everything running smoothly so the guest experience never skips a beat.
Opening and prep:
- Open the tasting room and patio, set up stations, and get the space guest-ready
- Prep charcuterie and food for the day's service and any events
- Stock wines, fridges, dry goods, and the host stand
On the floor:
- Greet guests and help manage reservations
- Bus and wipe down tables, wash and polish glassware
- Reset tables between groups -- menus, water, full setup
- Float alongside the sales team, stepping in wherever the floor needs support
A couple days a week:
- Pack and ship wine club orders and online fulfillment
- Process wine bottles and assist with inventory
The basics
- Must be at least 18 years old
- OLCC permit required -- we can help you get one if you don't have it yet
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of your work
No wine experience required. No hospitality degree required. Just show us who you are and tell us why you want in.
