What You’ll Do
- Source and qualify applicants to maintain staffing levels for assigned programs.
- Develop and sustain relationships with colleges, community groups, and other talent pipelines.
- Write compelling job ads and implement targeted recruiting campaigns.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and data mining tools to uncover top talent.
- Schedule interviews, conduct initial screenings, and assist with pre-employment paperwork.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and extend offers.
- Support onboarding and follow up with new hires to promote retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources or talent acquisition, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Experience: 1–2 years of work experience; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills encouraged to apply. Experience with ADP Workforce is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally to colleges, universities, and community sites.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
- Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, proof of auto insurance, and physical exam required upon job offer.
