As an HR Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Assist in talent acquisition activities, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate outreach
• Support employee engagement efforts and internal branding initiatives
• Contribute to HR data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects
• Help manage internal communications and content creation for platforms like SharePoint
• Assist with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tasks and digital file management
• Participate in compliance tracking, policy research, and audit preparation
• Gain hands-on experience with tools such as ADP Workforce Now, SharePoint, Indeed, LinkedIn, and more
• Shadow team members and attend team meetings to gain exposure to day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives
  
  

We’re Looking For Individuals Who Are

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Finance, Research, or a related field
• Strong communicators, both written and verbal, with attention to detail
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Interested in understanding how HR influences recruitment, culture, engagement, and compliance
• Comfortable working in both collaborative and independent settings
  
  

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Ability to obtain required background clearances (Act 33/34 and FBI) and pass a physical examination
• Proof of current auto insurance
