Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across our organization. This role is responsible for compliance, employee relations, recruiting, payroll oversight, and benefits administration.
This position reports to the CFO and partners closely with leadership to support company growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including employee relations, recruiting, and policy administration
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, COBRA, EEO, Wage & Hour, etc.)
- Oversee payroll (Paycor), benefits, 401(k), and ESOP administration
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and staffing agency relationships
- Handle workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and return-to-work programs
- Maintain HR records, reporting (EEO-1, VETS), and audit readiness
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Advise leadership on employee relations and disciplinary matters
Qualifications
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Payroll and benefits administration experience required (Paycor a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
