- 3-5 years experience in maintenance & a desire for career advancement
- Minimum: High School Diploma, Preferred: Trade School and/or Training
- Meet general agency requirements (21 years old , ability to pass clearances/physical, valid driver’s license)
- Readiness & ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, kneeling, working in various temperatures)
- Experience in Excel data reports and Physical Plant report writing
