Administrative Specialist- Foster Care
Onsite: Huntingdon, PA
An Administrative Specialist position is available for Adelphoi’s Foster Care and Adoption Program in Huntingdon, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Type confidential information, proofread, and mail reports and correspondences
- Answer and direct calls along with assisting customers, employees, and families
- Assist with managing the front desk area
- Support Case Managers with maintaining accurate records in our Electronic Health system
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Sort and distribute mail
- Assist with projects for the teams
- Complete required reports in a timely manner
Maintain, manage, coordinate client and family files
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required, emphasis on business courses preferred.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, etc.). Electronic Health record experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License, Car Insurance, and ability to pass pre-hire clearances, physical, and any related disclosures.
