Join a busy general orthopedic surgery practice in Davenport, IA. This full-time, day-shift position includes a 1:8 evening/weekend coverage rotation. We're looking for a motivated orthopedic surgeon to step into a rewarding clinical role with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits.
What we’re looking for
- ABOS board certified or truly board eligible in Orthopedic Spine Surgery (if eligible, must obtain certification within 5 years) — no exceptions
- Valid licenses for IL & IA or active participation in IMLC with willingness to obtain state licenses — required
- Current, unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications appropriate to your specialty — required
- DEA registration — required
- Current BLS certification and commitment to maintain recertification — required
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred
- No visa sponsorship (no J-1 or H-1B) — required
- Submit a Self-Query NPDB report pulled within 30 days of application presentation — required

Compensation & benefits
- $739,000 guaranteed for the first 2 years; production model begins after 10,650 wRVUs
- Straight production model starting year 3 with potential earnings of $1M
- $100,000 recruitment incentive plus $15,000 relocation assistance
