Key Responsibilities
- Support the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations and implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
- Apply modalities and operate rehabilitation equipment safely and effectively.
- Teach and progress individualized exercise programs; educate patients and families on home-care strategies to support recovery.
- Document patient care accurately and communicate findings and progress with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
- Follow established safety, infection control, and facility protocols.
