Qualifications

• Bachelors with 2 years of experience with data analytics, and minimum of 1 year experience with project management.
• Knowledge of data mining/data warehouse processes, data modeling, R or SAS, SQL, statistical analysis, database management and reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of computer aided design programs, like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
• Experience using geographic information systems (GIS) like ArcGIS.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify trends, and develop visual presentations (charts, graphs).
• Provide data analytics support for space planning and project management.
• Collaborate with the Space Management Team to plan and execute space moves.
• Assist with the planning and tracking of project progress.
• Review assessments to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
