- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and other endocrine conditions
- EMR System: EPIC systemwide with Abridge AI medical scribe assistant
- Specialty Backup: Full specialty support available through Tanner Health System
- Support Staff: Established care team including Advanced Practice Provider and experienced nursing/support staff
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Employed position within Tanner Medical Group
- Reason for Opening: Growth within the region and expansion of endocrine services for a service area exceeding 400,000 residents
- Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- DEA & Certifications: Active DEA required; BLS certification preferred
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $14,000 moving allowance

- Manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic disease, and related conditions
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialty providers across the Tanner Health System
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs
